    To be honest I only heard of the name Constance Singam because of AWARE, but I did not know she was a foodie at heart and a good writer. As a book nerd and a fan of food literature, and it amazed me that she included a very comprehensive bibliography list AND endnotes! In fact, I was inspired to purchase Oxford Companion to Food because it was referenced in this book.
