I enjoyed this series. This was a nice wrap-up to the August men and their wives stories. Quick read and great to see what the women get up to with their guys!!! I found the characters in this series engaging and very likeable....so getting a quick glimpse into their lives was really fabulous. Really glad that the three brothers finally overcame their past and found their HEA.

Or has the love and devotion of their wives healed the August brothers enough for them to find contentment and peace in exclusive, one-to-one relationships with them from now on? It’s a nice, steamy, and satisfying HEA conclusion to the wild Men of August series and best of all, there’s finally an end to the nuttiness. And OMG, what’s the deal with the hideous, creeptastic cover?!?! I guess there’s a fitting reason why speedos are also referred to as ‘banana’ hammocks! LOL!

This little quickie was a great wrap up to the brother's story. Although I was annoyed at all of them and their wives, why can't people just say what they want. Had they done this, everyone would have gotten just what they wanted so much earlier. But the worst, absolutely worst thing about this story is the horrible graphic they have for the cover. I feel like I need to take a shower with bleach right after I look at it, the guy is creepy, and the speedo, don't even get me started!!

I liked "Sarah's seduction" and I liked Sarah (absolutely loathed Marley, i thought she was a spoilt little princess who wanted all the brothers for herself but cried when Brock fell in love.) But this book was too... Meh for me. It was the obvious, clean ending and quite sexist/cliche. Ie- "you silly, little women. With your silly, little brains... We've told you not to think of anything on your own, us men will sort is out." That kind of thing... Also, if you're going to have all the brothers having sex with all of the wives for three very LONG books then don't suddenly drop your whole plot for a more "wholesome" theme in a 100 page novella-esk book. What's with that?! I was very disappointed with this book and I don't think I'll be reading anymore Laura Leigh anytime soon!

It is now finally over! The August Brothers can now finally rest in peace.....I meant they ain't dead or anything. But they can finally move on with their lovely lives. I've gotta admit...I'm disappointed! The sharing was bat-shit crazy, but it took me 3 books to finally get used to the idea. By the time I read the epilogue of Heather's Gift, I somehow found the bizarre arrangement endearing. This finale kind of reversed all of the hard work of getting is to accept the sharing.

an "ok" ending to the series I have to say I was a little dissapointed in the ending of this series. The way things came about and the way the women were handling things were more irritating than endearing.

ok. I am so glad that the August mean have healed. I just don't understand why they couldn't have either been healed when Sam & Heather got together or had a whole separate book that went into more depth to their futures. This was a very good short book. wish it was longer.

And this is how it all ends. I loved that finally those brothers were at peace and balanced enough to consider their children's well being. I was actually wondering how they would settle down in their unique lifestyle once kids became part of the pictures. I'm happy on the resolution and even more that it wasn't just for their children's sake but also because they really didn't need the sharing anymore. Now I can put these books away on a good note.

Wonderful follow up of trigilogy I love this series. Good plot, sex and HEA. Makes me yearn for some of the action. Highly recommend if you enjoy MFM ménage.

I haven't read the other installments of this series, but I don't think it really mattered. This could definitely be read as a standalone story. We join this group of women and men during the birth of Cade's baby. I detectived out that the three men used to share their wives with one another, but since the birth of Cade's kid, that all changed. I had a really hard time understanding why the women just couldn't have a serious conversation with their men and instead put them through hell. Sigh. Sure, there was a heavy amount of smut, sexiness, and story, but the overall story of the men trying to figure out why their wives were cutting them off in the bedroom overshadowed everything else. Reading this story just makes me want to go back in time and see what they were like in books 1-3.

This is the first story I have read from Lora Leigh and the Men of August and I would recommend you read the first three books first. This is the concluding story and has possibly spoilt the series for me as I know what happens. I will of course go back to read more about the Men of August and their women to piece together what I was evidently missing from this short story. I really like Lora Leigh’s writing and I think I would have enjoyed this more had I known the background of all the men and what went on previously. It didn’t really have much to do with Christmas apart from the men trying to work out what the women want from them and what they can give the women for presents. That said, all the characters seemed to be a lot of fun and can imagine their stories are full of erotic passion. I’m looking forward to finding out!!!

Wow, only 24 pages and I still couldn't finish it. There's not much I can say without giving away the plot, but it was another one of those, 'girls make a stand and then get punished for making a stand because they didn't 'trust' their men' stories. So everyone is supposed to be happy because the men were 'right' and the women enjoy getting sexually punished and made to feel like nitwits. This book is a typical Lora Leigh book in the sense that it is very well written, great characters, and a one of a kind plot. The lust and hotness will blow you away and motivate you to keep reading anything that Lora Leigh puts out! Let me say, I did not read the first 3 books in this series and by doing so, I did not get the full gist of this book. So, it's best if you read those books first and then you will have a better understanding of this book. Cade and Sam are ... fucking funny! Cade: Put your eyes on the road fucking bitch if you do not want to break your fucking face. The funny thing about this part is that when Marly begins contractions, Cade almost leaves the hospital without her and the other guys are naked. I think this ends up to round the story with the "petition Christmas" Girls of August.

Same review for all the Men of August books...I am just not someone who enjoys the manage or sharing thing. At all. No judgement - just doesnt blow my hair back so for that reason the whole series was meh for me. Though having said that, I DID read them all so there had to be something I liked...probably the last book. Where they stopped sharing the loves of their lives. Hey, it's just not my thing. If you want steamy multiple partner scenes, then this is the series for you.

A novella, written as a Christmas offering, that caps off the Men of August series and finally brings their story to a peaceful ending. This is a grace filled story that brings each of these couples into their own, gives them a new beginning in life, and points them toward the future rather than focusing on the pain of the past. Anyone who reads the series needs to read this novella. I know it sure helped me to deal with the pain of the first three books.

Brothers and their wives This is like the epilogue of all three books. It's best to read those books before this one, like I should have done, and then this would make much more sense. I can say this is still a typical Lora Leigh book as it well written, with great characters and a one of a kind plot. The dialogue and hotness is a motivator to read anything this author puts out!

The boys were just a little toooo tame in this one, but they had all come (no pun intended) full circle and the demons were gone. It was a very nice ending to a series that gave what the author promised -- a good mystery with intrigue and hot steamy scenes to go with it.

I really liked reading this book, I loved how Lora gave you a glimpse into the lives of the August men and how they were moving on with their wives and having babies. You feel complete when you read this. It is not left open ended.

I like to think the readers spoke and the author listened!! Thank god the sharing is over!! It really bothered me that it would continue when each brother found true love. I personally would not have stood for it! A nice finish to an interesting series!
